Being in this business for over 30 years ~ our clients are aging and some are starting to get dementia or such. And also, some have passed, which is extremely difficult for us. We google, we talk, we hug but no one has taught us how to deal with losing our beloved clients. This would be a wonderful class ~ a much needed one.
