600 candidates took the Certified Pilates Examination in English and Spanish in 2025. Approximately 451 of the candidates achieved a passing score, examination scores had mean score of 83.82, standard deviation of 9.89, and reliability estimate (K-R20) of 0.87.

556 candidates took the Certified Pilates Examination in 2024. 72.84 % of the candidates achieved a passing score, examination scores had mean score of 83.82, standard deviation of 9.56, and reliability estimate (K-R20) of 0.87.

594 candidates took the Certified Pilates Examination in English and Spanish in 2023. Approximately 69.60 of the candidates achieved a passing score, examination scores had mean score of 82.77, standard deviation of 10.69, and reliability estimate (K-R20) of 0.89.

523 candidates took the Certified Pilates Examination in English and Spanish in 2022. Approximately 67.35 of the candidates achieved a passing score, examination scores had mean score of 82.03, standard deviation of 11.20, and reliability estimate (K-R20) of 0.90.

In September of 2021, the NPCP launched a new exam for the NCPT credential.

592 candidates took the Certified Pilates Examination in English and Spanish in 2020. January 1st through July 31st: In English approximately 86% of the candidates achieved a passing score, examination scores had mean score of 103.89, standard deviation of 9.65, and reliability estimate (K-R20) of 0.86. In Spanish, approximately 79% of the candidates achieved a passing score, examination scores had mean score of 98.60, standard deviation of 10.96, and reliability estimate (K-R20) of 0.88. In Portuguese, approximately 67% of the candidates achieved a passing score, examination scores had mean score of 95.67, standard deviation of 11.15, and reliability estimate (K-R20) of 0.80. August 15th through December 31st: In English approximately 80.23% of the candidates achieved a passing score, examination scores had mean score of 101.92, standard deviation of 14.66, and reliability estimate (K-R20) of 0.93.
