Did you let your certification expire? Good news! We have a 6-month grace period.

The NPCP recognizes that at times there are circumstances that cause certificants to miss their certification renewal deadline. All certificants are allowed a 6-month grace period after their expiration to renew.

Options after certification expiration
During the 6 month grace period

Certificants may submit the Certification Renewal Application and pay a $75.00 late fee.

After the 6 month grace period

Certificants who want to obtain their certification after the 6-month grace period must reapply and retake the exam.
