NPCP Verified Program status Listed schools are designated as Verified Program. This confirms that the teacher training program meets the eligibility requirements for graduates to sit for the NPCP exam or exams. Schools must not describe directory listing as NPCP accreditation or approval.

Application Schools must submit an application and attest that their program meets NPCP eligibility requirements. The school listing application is used to determine whether the program may be listed in the NPCP School Directory. A $25 non-refundable administrative fee per active listing year is required to apply or reattest.
Annual reattestation Currently listed schools must reattest annually. Reattestation confirms continued alignment with updated eligibility requirements. Listings must remain active to retain use of the Verified Program logo.
Teacher trainer credential The Teacher Trainer leading the course is required to be an NCPT or PMC, depending on the teacher training program offered. The Teacher Trainer leading the course is required to have at least 5 years of Pilates teaching post graduation. The school’s website must include the teacher training program content and a breakdown of the program hours. Program alignment Program content must align with applicable NPCP eligibility requirements. Schools should review current requirements before submitting or renewing a listing. When in doubt, contact certification support before publishing public claims.
Renewal rules Listings must be renewed annually to remain active. Active status is required to continue using the Verified Program logo. The Verified Program logo should reflect the current active listing year.
Lapsed listings Lapsed listings lose active status. Schools with lapsed listings must reapply to be reinstated. Logo use should stop if active listing status is not maintained.
Credentialed teacher trainer The Teacher Trainer leading the course holds the applicable NPCP credential.
Program meets requirements The program aligns with eligibility requirements for the appropriate NPCP exam pathway.
Application and reattestation The school submits an application, pays the administrative fee, and reattests annually to maintain active listing.
