Congratulations on earning your NCPT credential! This is actually a big step in securing your future with an internationally recognized credential.
You are part of a growing community that recognizes the value of having national accreditation in professional standards. Additionally, you've joined like-minded professionals who understand the benefits of being affiliated with larger entities in the health and fitness profession. Now it's time to show clients and other professionals that you are part of this outstanding community and expose yourself to future opportunities.

Marketing yourself post-pandemic has meant finding more ways to create personal, human connections and meeting customer expectations by aligning with their values. Protecting their health and choosing experiences they trust to help them make the most out of life defines most people's mindset. Customer expectations are rising, and you compete with their previous best experience. Relationships are everything. It appears that sustainability, trust, and social responsibility are increasingly crucial to selecting personal services. In addition, marketing has the opportunity to educate the broader public on the importance of your core values. One way to drive meaningful human connections is through storytelling. Create the stories that help customers connect with their journey to more excellent health and wellness. They will want to communicate with you. Understanding the spirit of our times will open up opportunities to navigate the future.

Branding yourself consistently with your marketing message helps you deliver a sense of reliability. Here are four simple things you can do right away to be easily seen and identified as an NCPT. The key is to use all four suggestions and use them consistently. We are here to support you along the way if you would like some assistance. Our contact information is below.

1) Use your Badge!
You were issued a digital badge via an email verifying your certification. In addition, digital badges effectively promote your credential on emails, websites, bios, and social media outlets. You are also able to download a new certificate and wallet-sized identification card. Here are a couple quick videos to illustrate this:

2) Display your Certificate!
Frame your certificate and hang it in a prominent place in your studio. Clients appreciate seeing your credentials; it builds trust and affirms your competency.

3) Update Your Directory Profile!
Keep your directory profile current because you never know when someone wants to find you. In addition, you are easier to see if other professionals are looking for teachers to hire, clients looking for teachers in their area, or another NCPT wishing to network. It's a great way to keep yourself out there, share more about yourself at no cost. Do it now, it only takes a minute: directory

4) Proudly Display your NCPT Initials!
Did you know that you can use NCPT after your name to identify and distinguish yourself as a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher? You can also use your NCPT initials in your email signature and social media campaigns. Use the hashtag #IAMANCPT, #NCPT and/or #nationallycertifiedpilatesteacher
